The prime mission of Contours of Christian Faith Ministries (CCFM) is to challenge the questioner and equip the believer by articulately providing scholarly answers concerning the truth of Christian faith through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by: (1) providing reasonable responses to the challenges Christians encounter, (2) challenging the unbelievers’ tough objections with the truth of biblical Christianity, and (3) equipping Christians to defend, train, and think clearly about their faith. Our hope is that, through Contours of Christian Faith Ministries, believers and non-believers find educational resources with the goal of answering life’s biggest questions.
Our prayer and commitment to the body of Christ is to strengthen the believer in a culture where their faith and views are been challenge at every turn. We want to train and equip in evangelism techniques that will enable the Church to defend the Christian faith. To that end, we are dedicated in equipping Christians to stand firm in their beliefs and help them effectively think clearly and share the Gospel.
Statement of Faith
Contours of Christian Faith Ministries is an evangelical Christian ministry. We pursue biblical truth and understand that others in the body of Christ with whom we might partner hold certain positions on many of the doctrinal or theological topics that take place inside the church. Although significant, our primary concerns are with false doctrines and ideologies that try to diminish the Christian faith and challenge the body of believers.
- We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
- We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead.
- On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.
- We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy [universal] church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. AMEN.
